We warmly invite you to spend your holiday at our cozy, family-friendly holiday resort, “Domki Zuza.” We offer seven comfortable wooden houses. Each house is approximately 45 m² and can accommodate 6 people, but up to 8 people. All houses are fully equipped.
WOODEN HOUSES – 6 PEOPLE
A living room (sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, table with chairs, air conditioning),
a kitchenette (refrigerator, induction cooktop, kettle, microwave, and all necessary kitchen appliances),
two bedrooms (each with one 140 cm wide bed and one 90 cm wide bed, a chest of drawers, and shelves).
The houses are heated (air conditioning in the living room, electric heating in the bathroom and bedrooms). The partially covered, 9 m² terrace features a bench and a barbecue. Each house also has a windbreak and two sun loungers. Each holiday home has a parking space (holiday homes 1 and 2 – on a private road, holiday homes 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 – by the playground). For our youngest guests, there is a safe playground and a small playroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
Sianożęty is a quiet seaside resort bordering the popular Ustronie Morskie beach and located 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. It offers its guests a peaceful retreat on a spacious beach, making it an ideal location for a family holiday.
Our accommodation is located just 150 meters from the beach on Lotnicza Street – the main street of Sianożęty. The “Bana Express” bus stop, which runs to Ustronie Morskie every 45 minutes, is right next to the house.

Christmas and New Year’s: 200 PLN/night
October – April – from 120 PLN/night for two people
Weekend stays in the off-season (October – April) – 250 PLN/night (minimum 2 nights)
Minimum stay: 1 week/2 weeks from Saturday to Saturday for a maximum of 6 people in the holiday home
Additional 7th and 8th person: 50 PLN per person per night
Air-conditioned holiday homes
Small pets welcome, 20 PLN/night
Final cleaning not included in the price (you can arrange cleaning yourself)
Maximum occupancy in the holiday home: 8 people
Discount for returning guests
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 3 days of your telephone or email inquiry and must be paid into the specified account.
The remaining balance for your stay is due on the day of arrival.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
A refundable security deposit of 200 PLN and a resort fee are required upon check-in.
We charge additional fees for electricity and water:
– Electricity according to meter reading – approx. 1.50 PLN/kWh (according to the current electricity tariff)
– Water according to meter reading – 15.00 PLN/m³
